Beaver Falls is reached by continuing on the trail past Mooney Falls another 2 miles (for a 6 mile RT hike from the campground). It involves a few creek crossings (which could be up to waist deep), and one descent down a steep section in which you need to repel down using a rope. We did not go on the hike to Beaver Falls, because it is impossible to get down there with a baby. Next time we are here (and we will definitely return some day), we want to get down to Beaver Falls and possibly continue on the trail all the way down to the Colorado River (another 4 miles past Beaver Falls).
