Upper Ho'opi'i Falls is a small 15 ft. waterfall along Kapa'a Stream in the town of Kapa'a on the east side of Kauai. It is a nice little hike down to a nice little waterfall. In fact, this is one of the very few waterfalls on Kauai that can be accessed by an easy hike that is not on private property.
