See my writeup for Elliot Creek Falls. Wilson Gulch Falls is a short hike south along the beach from that waterfall. You may need a low tide to reach it but you can probably make it at a higher tide.

Wilson Gulch Falls is on a very small drainage so needs to be seen after much rain. It is small but it is a pretty cascade.
